State of Delaware Capitol Space Study

BSA+A completed a comprehensive survey of space utilized by State agencies in Delaware. The study included all state owned and leased facilities within a 5 mile radius of Dover. The survey included the space occupied by specific agencies, services provided and typical customers served, both internal (other agencies), and external (public). It included office, conference, storage, and other specialized space. BSA+A formulated options and made recommendations addressing the State’s capital infrastructure needs in the Capitol area for 10 years out. Options included additional leased space, new construction and/or renovation, and property acquisition strategies.
