Gastroenterology Associates
BSA+A is currently completing interior renovations and expansion of the office of Gastroenterology Associates located in the Medical Arts Pavilion I in Newark, Del. The expansion will accommodate additional staff with examination rooms, offices and staff space needs.

Colon and Rectal Surgery Associates of Delaware
BSA+A was recently hired to complete the renovation and expansion of the medical office, including interior finish upgrades, space planning and re-design of existing areas to accommodate additional examination rooms, offices and staff space needs.

Human Ecology Building, Delaware State University
BSA+A is completing a new science building at Delaware State University that will house research labs and teaching labs to accommodate Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Applied Food and Fashion & Merchandising programs.

New Office Building, Newark, Del. – BSA+A is designing a 4-story office building to be located on Red Mill Road in Newark, Del. The office will house both medical and general office space.
